This Policy is applicable to all of the AuditionMe services ("services"). Additionally, we may add new services as we improve our platform and, unless stated otherwise when we introduce new services to you, those new services are also subject to this Policy. Our goals with this Policy are:

Signing Up - Personal data provided upon signing up includes your email address.
Usage Data - During usage of the services, we may collect personal data including:
Payment Data - Our services collect the amount, recipient, and status of transaction. The payment processor (PayPal) will collect additional details they need to complete the monetary transaction.
To provide the services - All collected data has a role in your experience with the services.
To communicate with you regarding the services - Occasionally we may need to email you information regarding your usage of the services.
To enable third parties used by the services - Advertising and video features are provided using third parties and require data collected when signing up and uploading content.
Other users - Your profile as you define it in Settings is available to public (unknown users) and known users of the services.
Third parties for communications - Your email address is used to send you information regarding the services.
Third parties for features - Advertising and video features are provided data when content is uploaded regarding that content.
Your personal data may be collected and stored in a region different from your country of residence. For example, if you are residing within the European Union then your data could quite possibly be transferred and stored in the United States of America or transferred to a third party providing a function within the services. In all cases, we will ensure that your personal data is handled in accordance with any applicable privacy laws. The countries currently involved in data storage and processing by the services are: United States of America and Australia.
We offer a feature for deleting your account found in Settings while signed in. This places your account and all related personal data collected from you into a temporarily deleted state during which you have the option to reverse your decision and keep your account. When the deletion schedule expires, your account is deleted and any personal data or content collected from you is permanently removed from the services. We may retain information (including your personal data) and content for a commercially reasonable time as part of backup, archival, and/or audit methods. After your account is permanently removed, you will no longer be able to sign in or request a copy of your data as it will no longer be available as part of the services.
We cannot control or be responsible for the privacy policies and content on third-party websites. When you click on a third party advertisement or link, you will be leaving the services and any personal data you provide will not be subject to the Policy. Be sure to read the policies on any third party website before providing personal data.
Our services have a variety of appropriate and effective technologies implemented to protect your personal data. Also, we encourage you to use a strong password that is unique for accessing your account and be sure to use safe browsing practices.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow them to register for the Service. The services are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at email@example.com.
We may modify or update this Policy from time to time so please review it periodically. When we make changes, we may use additional forms of notification to inform you of updates as appropriate under the circumstances. Continued use of the services after any update to the Policy will constitute your acceptance of the updates.
